We’re Do’s & Dye Salon, a high-end salon with a laid-back, welcoming atmosphere specializing in blonding, dimensional color, and bridal services. Our salon was built with one goal in mind: to create a comfortable, no-drama space where clients feel like they’re hanging out on a friend’s couch with a glass of wine, while getting gorgeous hair and makeup. We believe in collaboration, creativity, connection, and building careers we love. After years working in toxic salons where ego and competition overshadowed community, Julie opened Do’s & Dye to create a safe, supportive, and uplifting space for coworkers and clients alike.

Who We Are

Founded by Julie McCary in 2021, Do’s & Dye has grown from a one-woman show into a thriving, full-service salon and bridal team. Julie’s mission has always been simple: create a salon where people feel comfortable, cared for, confident, and truly seen.

We’re a true team—laid-back, collaborative, and supportive. We celebrate each other’s successes, work together to keep our salon welcoming, and set big goals while fostering a safe, inclusive, and positive environment. There’s no toxic energy here, just authentic, down-to-earth professionals who are motivated by growth, artistry, and connection.

What We’re Looking For

  • Licensed hairstylist with at least 2+ years of experience behind the chair.

  • Passionate about blonding and dimensional color.

  • Bridal styling or makeup experience a huge plus.

  • Extremely timely, reliable, and professional.

  • Superior customer service skills—making clients feel safe, cared for, and confident while delivering an elite salon experience.

  • Stylist who thrives in a team-oriented, supportive, and collaborative environment.

  • A true team player who pitches in, shares knowledge, and celebrates others’ successes.
